Shane is just Amazing!!! We just purchased our first home and having never done this before, we needed an inspector who was trustworthy, thorough and knowledgeable. Shane provided that and more! He is so full of knowledge, experience and patience as we asked question after question during the inspection. He was flexible to schedule with and kind if we had to change our appointment. He spent over 3 hours, there was not an inch of the house he did not cover. From climbing up into the attic, to check duct work, furnace, etc., to checking every space including roof, drainage, tiles, trees needing to be trimmed to preserve integrity of house and roof, to inside using a red laser lite to make sure there were no leaks or issues inside the walls, electrical inside and out, including specific requirements for amps needed for AC unit, light fixtures, faucets, corners and crevices, everything! He then produced a phenomenal Inspection report with colored pictures and arrows pointing to exact location of a possible issue with a well detailed explanation. All of this for a very reasonable fee. We had such confidence in him, we then asked him to come back to go over things the seller had fixed and he met us there again, making sure the fixes were correct. Would definitely recommend Shane and use him again if ever needed. He has the integrity needed to provide an inspection you can be confident in.
